Settling CVI definition

Settling CVI means CVI in the notional face amount equal to the sum of the Remaining Claims of all Holders of PREPA Revenue Bonds Claims that are a Settling Bondholder or a Settling Monoline as calculated in Article IV.A(iv) of the Plan.

Related to Settling CVI

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Plaintiffs, all Settlement Class Members, and Defendants.

  • Settling Party means any one of, and “Settling Parties” means all of, the parties to the Stipulation, namely Defendants and Plaintiffs (on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class).

  • Settling Bank means the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC's then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Settling Defendant s Property” shall mean all portions of the Site owned by Settling Defendant as of the date of signature of the Consent Decree by Settling Defendant.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Noteholder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Non-Lead Securitization Noteholder”.

  • Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Settling Defendants means Johnson & Johnson, AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, and McKesson, as well as their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and directors named in a National Settlement Agreement.

  • Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.

  • Seller Representative means Xxxxx Bank.

  • Lead Securitization Note Holder Representative means the “Directing Certificateholder” or equivalent Person under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder Representative means the “Directing Certificateholder” or equivalent Person under the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Lead Plaintiffs Counsel” means Elizabeth Cabraser of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Holders’ Representative means the Holders’ Representative named in the first paragraph of this Agreement or any direct or indirect successor Holders’ Representative designated in accordance with Section 6.3.

  • Settlement Agent means, with respect to any Transaction the subject of which is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the entity approved by Buyer, in its sole good-faith discretion, which may be a title company, escrow company or attorney in accordance with local law and practice in the jurisdiction where the related Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan is being originated. A Settlement Agent is deemed approved unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise at any time electronically or in writing.

  • Billing Cycle for any Mortgage Loan and Collection Period means the billing period specified in the related Credit Line Agreement and with respect to which amounts billed are received during the Collection Period.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour. Day-ahead System Energy Price:

  • Stockholders’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.
