Sewage Disposal Facility definition

Sewage Disposal Facility means a privy, cesspool, seepage pit, septic tank, sub‐surface disposal field or any other device used in the disposal of sewage or human excreta.
Sewage Disposal Facility means Sump(s) and/or Sewage collection tank(s) designed to contain Sewage.

  • Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.

  • Disposal facility means a facility or part of a facility at which hazardous waste is intentionally placed into or on any land or water, and at which waste will remain after closure. The term disposal facility does not include a corrective action management unit into which remediation wastes are placed.
