Sewer Rental definition

Sewer Rental means any and all rates, charges, fees, or rentals levied against and payable by contributors as consideration for the servicing of said contributors by said sewer system.
Sewer Rental means that quarterly charge for direct or indirect connection to the Sewerage System.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

  • Utilities means water, sewer, gas, electric, telecom, cable, and like services.

  • Sanitary sewerage means a system of public sewers for carrying off waste water and refuse, but excluding sewage treatment facilities, septic tanks, and leach fields owned or operated by the licensee or registrant.

  • Sanitary Sewer means a sewer which carries sewage and to which storm, surface, and ground waters are not intentionally admitted.

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • Rentals of a Person means the aggregate fixed amounts payable by such Person under any Operating Lease.

  • Ground Rent means any rent, additional rent or other charge payable by the tenant under the Ground Lease.

  • Room Rent Means the amount charged by a hospital for the occupancy of a bed on per day (24 hours) basis and shall include associated medical expenses.

  • Supplemental Rent means all amounts, liabilities and obligations (other than Basic Rent) which the Lessee assumes or agrees to pay to the Lessor, the Trust Company, the Holders, the Agent, the Lenders or any other Person under the Lease or under any of the other Operative Agreements including without limitation payments of the Termination Value and the Maximum Residual Guarantee Amount and all indemnification amounts, liabilities and obligations.

  • For Rent or "For Sale" ninety (90) days before the termination of this Lease. Landlord may enter the Premises at reasonable hours during the term of this Lease to exhibit the same to prospective purchasers and to make repairs required of Landlord under the terms hereof.
