Sewer user definition

Sewer user means any person using a City sewer; or who has a residence, multifamily or commercial building, institutional building, industrial facility, or other structure containing plumbing, requiring connection to a sanitary sewer as outlined by Chapters 13.04 through 13.12.
Sewer user or "User" shall mean any person who contributes, causes, or permits the contribution of sewage into the Town of Stafford's sanitary sewer system.
Sewer user means any person specifically requesting sewer service or using city sewers.
