Sex Offenders Register means the Register of Sex Offenders maintained under Part I of the Sex Offenders Act 1997 (as amended by the Sexual Offences Act 2003);

Examples of Sex Offenders Register in a sentence

  • In addition to the above, the Council will not grant a licence to any applicant who is currently on the Sex Offenders Register or on any ‘barred’ list.

  • It is extremely unlikely that a licence will be granted to any applicant who in on the Sex Offenders Register.

  • If more than one conviction of this kind or under circumstances where a serious crime of indecency or of a sexual nature has been committed, or where the applicant is on the Sex Offenders Register, the Sub- Committee should give serious consideration as to whether or not a licence should be granted.
