SFR Assets means any Assets included in the Asset Schedule (whether or not so identified as “SFR Assets” on the Asset Schedule) to the extent consisting of (i) one to four family residential properties or (ii) Loans secured by one to four family residential properties (and no other real property) or otherwise subject to, or intended to be covered by, any of the HFSH Act, HAFA, HAMP or RESPA, and shall include, as to any such Loan, any Acquired REO Property resulting from any exercise of remedies against the applicable Collateral, but only to the extent such Acquired REO Property consists of one to four family residential properties.

Examples of SFR Assets in a sentence

  • The total purchase price to be paid for the SFR Assets shall be the sum of the Marketing Offset and the In-home Wiring Offset ("Purchase Price").

  • Sale Assets is defined in Section 5.2(a)(ii).
