SG Parent definition

SG Parent shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.
SG Parent means Saint-Gobain Corporation.

  • Prior to the transfer by SG Parent of its Ownership Interest in SG Topco, SG Parent shall cause SG Topco to, and SG Topco shall pay in full the liabilities listed in Schedule 2.5, any liabilities resulting from any unauthorized business activities of SG Topco in accordance with Section 2.4 and any debt due and payable by SG Topco.
