Share Award Committee or “SAC” means the authorized delegate of the Committee under the Company’s Policy Regarding Share-Based Compensation Awards or such successor policy as may be adopted from time to time.

  • Pursuant to the Share Award Scheme, the Share Award Committee of the Company are authorised, at their discretion to determine individuals, including directors and employees of any companies in the Group, for granting them the Company’s shares.
