Share of Pool definition

Share of Pool means, with reference to each category of winning selections in the 7/7, 6/7+, 6/7, 5/7+, 5/7 and 4/7+ categories, an amount calculated by dividing the dollar amount of the Pool, for that category, by the number of winning selections in that category.
Share of Pool means, with reference to any category of Winning Selections, an amount calculated by dividing the dollar amount of that category's Pool by the number of Winning Selections in that category.

  • Net Asset Value per Unit means the Net Asset Value divided by the number of Units outstanding on the date of calculation.

  • Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

  • Adjusted Capital Account means the Capital Account maintained for each Partner as of the end of each Fiscal Year (i) increased by any amounts which such Partner is obligated to restore pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Regulations Sections 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5) and (ii) decreased by the items described in Regulations Sections 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(4), 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(5) and 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d)(6). The foregoing definition of Adjusted Capital Account is intended to comply with the provisions of Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d) and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

  • Determination Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 15th day of the month of such Distribution Date or, if such 15th day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Company has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

  • Valuation Cap means $8,000,000.

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.

  • Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement means the applicable Benchmark Replacement excluding the related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment.
