Share Repurchase Program definition

Share Repurchase Program means, a program adopted by the Board of Directors, if any, pursuant to which the Company may conduct Share repurchases.
Share Repurchase Program means the Borrower’s Share Repurchase Program, established by the Borrower on October 24, 2018, providing for the repurchase by the Borrower of up to $75,000,000 of its shares of common stock.
Share Repurchase Program shall have the meaning as provided in Section 5.14 herein.
