Shared Accommodation definition

Shared Accommodation means a building or part thereof used for the provision of residential accommodation consisting of—
Shared Accommodation means accommodation (if any) which is made available for use by the Tenant together with others
Shared Accommodation means a Hospital room with two or more patient beds.

  • The use and operation of the premises must comply with the requirements of Schedule 2 (Standards for Places of Shared Accommodation) of the Local Government (General) Regulation, 2005 under the Local Government Act 1993, the Public Health Act, 2010 and regulations thereunder and Sydney Development Control Plan 2012 – 4.4.8.

More Definitions of Shared Accommodation

Shared Accommodation means a bedroom in the Premises shared by the Tenant and aSharer as “Sharer” is defined in Clause 6 of this Tenancy Agreement;

Shared Accommodation means any room or rooms forming part of the residence of a landlord, or their agent, and of which the entrance and any facilities are used in common by the landlord, or their agent, and the occupant and occupants of the room or rooms;
Shared Accommodation means premises leased for the purpose of residence which form part of other premises but does not include any premises forming a complete residence in themselves;
Shared Accommodation means any room or rooms forming part of the residence of a Iandlord, or its agent, and of which the entrance and any facilities are used in common by the Iandlord, or its agent, and the occupant or occupants of the room or rooms;
Shared Accommodation means a dwelling or part thereof, accessory unit, or property that is listed for rent, intended for rent or advertised for rent, and may include a Lodging House or Short-Term Accommodation Rental.
