  • The approval and adoption of any matter submitted to the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee for resolution shall require the Requisite Approval of the members of the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee.

  • Each member of the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee shall have one vote with respect to all matters submitted to the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee for resolution.

  • Thereafter, the Party shall deliver to the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee, promptly (and in any event within five (5) Business Days) after the Party’s (or its Group’s or its or their respective then-Affiliates) receipt thereof, copies of all notices and documents (including court papers) received by the Party or the member of such Party’s Group (or its or their respective then-Affiliates) relating to the matter.

  • Any such settlement, resolution or other disposition approved by the Requisite Approval of the members of the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee (which shall be made within thirty (30) days of such referral) shall be binding on all of the Parties and the other members of each Group (and each of their respective Affiliates at the time of such settlement, resolution or other disposition) and their respective successors and assigns.

  • In the event that the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee cannot reach a unanimous determination as to the appropriate Managing Party, the issue shall be submitted to the Shared Historical DuPont Escalation Committee.

  • In the event that the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee cannot reach a unanimous resolution regarding the objections, the issue shall be submitted to the general counsels of AgCo and SpecCo and/or such other executive officer designated by AgCo and SpecCo in writing (the “Shared Historical DuPont Escalation Committee”).

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Tax Matter has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01.

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.
