Shareholder Book definition

Shareholder Book means a register to be established and maintained by the Company in accordance with Article 13.

  • Shares shall be deemed to be sold when they are fully paid and information of the buyer are adequately and truthfully recorded in the Shareholder Book, then the buyer of such Shares shall become a Shareholder.

  • Company Shareholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(d).

  • Shareholder of Record means the record owner of shares issued by an Investment Company or, in the case of joint ownership of such shares, all record owners, as designated (1) in the initial account application, or (2) in writing accompanied by a signature guarantee, or (3) pursuant to procedures as set forth in the Application.
