Shidai Charm means Shidai Charm Advertising Co., Ltd.
CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
HARGA RIZAB Hartanah tersebut akan dijual “dalam keadaan xxxxx xxx” xxx tertakluk kepada satu harga rizab sebanyak RM180,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA SATU XXXXX XXXXX PULUH RIBU SAHAJA) xxx tertakluk kepada Syarat-Syarat Jualan xxx kebenaran (jika perlu) daripada Pihak Pemaju/Xxxx Punya xxx/atau pihak-pihak xxxx xxxx berkenaan. Jualan hartanah tersebut akan dikenakan cukai berdasarkan mana-mana Akta terkini atau selepasnya yang dikuatkuasa oleh Kerajaan Malaysia yang mana berkenaan.
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".
SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;
DTI means the Department of Trade and Industry;
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
Party C Beijing Weixue Tianxia Education Technology Co., Ltd., with its residence at Xxxx 000, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 1, Xx. 00, Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, and its legal representative is Guohang Wang. In this Agreement, “Party B1” to “Party B5” shall be collectively referred to as “Party B” or “Party C’s Shareholders”, and “Party A”, “Party B” and “Party C” shall be collectively referred to as “the Parties”, individually as “each Party”.
MGD means million gallons per day. "mg/l" means milligrams per liter. "ug/l" means micrograms per liter. "ng/l" means nanograms per liter. "S.U." means standard pH unit. "kg/day" means kilograms per day.
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
NTC shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
PI shall have the meaning given to such term in CCC § 1798.3(a).
SCM means Supply Chain Management.
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.
WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
PEI means Petroleum Equipment Institute.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
TDSAT means Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal;
We/Us/Our means Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited.
Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.
