Shipper Code definition

Shipper Code means a shipper or other identification code for the Adjacent Network at the Connection Point against which natural gas to be injected into or withdrawn from the Storage Facility in the Hour shall be matched by EKB with the Adjacent Network Opera- tor.
Shipper Code means the unique code, assigned to Shipper by BBL Company, used for the identification of (Re)Nominations and Confirmations.
Shipper Code means the unique code that identifies a shipper.

Examples of Shipper Code in a sentence

  • The Natural Gas quantities, expressed in kWh/Hour, to be delivered at or redelivered from the Storage Point every Hour of the following Gas Day, together with Shipper Code for the Shipper’s Counterparty at the Storage Point.

  • This can be done by prioritising the relevant Shipper Code pairs in connection with the combined Nomination and Renomination.

  • Notwithstanding the above, each Shipper may prioritise its Shipper Code pairs in the order in which its Nominations and Renominations shall be reduced.

  • III.2 EKB will only process the last Firm Renomination and the last Interruptible Renomi- nation for each Hour, Connection Point and Shipper Code received from a Storage User within a Renomination Submission Period after the end of the relevant Renomi- nation Submission Period.

  • A Nomination Form or Edig@s message must contain a Nomination for each Hour in the Gas Day that includes the following information:• Identification of Storage User• Connection Point• Whether natural gas is to be injected into or withdrawn from the Storage Facil- ity• Gas Day for which it applies• The quantity of natural gas in kWh (including, if applicable, zero)• Whether it is a Firm Nomination or an Interruptible Nomination• The Shipper Code.

  • Each Storage User further acknowledges that as a result of such matching process its Confirmed Renominations for an Hour, a Connection Point and a Shipper Code may be rejected or changed due to the Adjacent Network Operator's rules including the application of any "lesser" type rule.

  • Any such Accepted Firm Renomination shall replace any Accepted Firm Nomination or previously Accepted Firm Renomination for the Storage User, such Hour, such Connection Point and such Shipper Code.

  • Client Money Rules means the rules specified in paragraph 72 of the Securities Act 2007 which provides for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means all data privacy or data protection laws or regulations globally that apply to the Processing of Personal Information under this Data Processing Agreement, which may include Applicable European Data Protection Law.
