Shipper Code definition

Shipper Code means a shipper or other identification code for the Adjacent Network at the Connection Point against which natural gas to be injected into or withdrawn from the Storage Facility in the Hour shall be matched by EKB with the Adjacent Network Opera- tor.
Shipper Code means the unique code, assigned to Shipper by BBL Company, used for the identification of (Re)Nominations and Confirmations.
Shipper Code means the unique code that identifies a shipper.

  • The Natural Gas quantities, expressed in kWh/Hour, to be delivered at or redelivered from the Storage Point every Hour of the following Gas Day, together with Shipper Code for the Shipper’s Counterparty at the Storage Point.

  • This can be done by prioritising the relevant Shipper Code pairs in connection with the combined Nomination and Renomination.

  • Notwithstanding the above, each Shipper may prioritise its Shipper Code pairs in the order in which its Nominations and Renominations shall be reduced.

  • Any such Accepted Inter- ruptible Renomination shall replace any Accepted Interruptible Nomination or previ- ously Accepted Interruptible Renomination for the Storage User, such Hour, such Connection Point and such Shipper Code.

  • A separate Nomination shall be made for each Hour in the Gas Day, each Shipper Code and each Connection Point and shall show the quantity to be injected or withdrawn in each such Hour.

  • Each Storage User further acknowledges that as a result of such matching process its Confirmed Renominations for an Hour, a Connection Point and a Shipper Code may be rejected or changed due to the Adjacent Network Operator's rules including the application of any "lesser" type rule.

  • Any such Accepted Firm Renomination shall replace any Accepted Firm Nomination or previously Accepted Firm Renomination for the Storage User, such Hour, such Connection Point and such Shipper Code.
