Shipper definition

Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.
Shipper means a person that enters into a contract of transportation with a carrier.
Shipper as herein used means a party who contracts with Carrier for transportation of Crude Petroleum, as defined herein and under the terms of these rules and regulations.
