Shipping Point definition

Shipping Point means any facility designated by Supplier as the origination point for shipment of the Products.
Shipping Point means (i) the common carrier designated by Distributor in the Purchase Order or (ii) if CHI does not use Distributor’s designated carrier, Distributor’s facility at the address set forth in the Purchase Order.
Shipping Point means the offices of TIB in Farmers Branch, Texas. A restocking fee of $150 will apply, if equipment is returned back to TIB.

More Definitions of Shipping Point

Shipping Point means that place in the seller’s business establishment from which shipments or deliveries of poultry items are made.
