Shipping Point definition

Shipping Point means any facility designated by Supplier as the origination point for shipment of the Products.
Shipping Point means (i) the common carrier designated by Distributor in the Purchase Order or (ii) if CHI does not use Distributor’s designated carrier, Distributor’s facility at the address set forth in the Purchase Order.
Shipping Point means the offices of TIB in Farmers Branch, Texas. Merchant shall also be solely responsible for (i) any sales, use or other taxes which may become due and owing by reason of the rental or sale of the Equipment hereunder, and (ii) all costs, duties, fees, taxes, and expenses arising from or in connection with the shipping of the Equipment from the Shipping Point to a destination selected by Merchant. By signing this Agreement, Merchant hereby authorizes TIB to debit Merchant’s bank account on record with TIB pursuant to its merchant account with TIB (the “Bank Account”) for all amounts owed to TIB in accordance with this Agreement. A restocking fee of $150 will apply, if equipment is returned back to TIB.

Shipping Point means the shipping point to which Company is to deliver the Products as set forth in the applicable Order Confirmation or as otherwise agreed by Company. Subcontractor means any third party (including the Company’s Affiliates) that performs all or part of the Company’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Taxes means all taxes imposed by any federal, state, or local government authority, including, without limitation, sales, use, personal, franchise, gross receipts, excise, tariff and withholding and similar taxes. Taxes do not include any employment, income, property or similar taxes.
Shipping Point means the place at which the shipment was last with­ drawn from the warehouse where it was put through the operations commonly known as the warehousing of iron or steel products.
