OPERATOR assumes no responsibility for the condition, loss or damage of and safekeeping of the Shore Power container, chassis or SPC beyond providing storage space therefor.

Unless otherwise agreed, OPERATOR shall decide the number of personnel to use in the most economical manner to meet CUSTOMER’s Shore Power requirements.
