Short Term Customer definition

Short Term Customer means any person with whom the Operator has entered into an agreement for the provision by the Operator of services for the receipt, storage, processing and regasification of LNG at or from the Facility but excluding the Customer, any Other Base Customer and any person who is a sub-lessee of an Other Base Customer;
Short Term Customer means a person having short term lien for a period up to three months over an inter / intra-Distribution Company System by virtue of paying wheeling charges;
Short Term Customer means a person who has availed or intends to avail short term open access;

More Definitions of Short Term Customer
