TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.

Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.
