Signature Period definition

Signature Period means the period of *** commencing on:

Signature Period means the period starting on the Effective Date and ending four (4) years after Effective Date without prejudice to Article 46.

  • The Progress Report shall be prepared as of 28 February, 30 April, 31 August and 31 October (which for Indirect Operations may be as of an earlier date, if this is the latest available information to the Implementing Partner) and provided to the Commission by 15 April, 15 June, 15 October and 15 December, respectively, as from the Effective Date until end of the Signature Period, through the InvestEU MIS in a structured form.

  • Facsimile signature means a reproduction by engraving, imprinting, stamping, or other means of the manual signature of an authorized officer.

  • Email has the meaning given in Clause 29.1;
