Significant noncompliance definition

Significant noncompliance means the existence of one or more of the following:
Significant noncompliance means the failure to comply with any national primary drinking water standard as adopted by the state of Iowa according to criteria established by the administrator of the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
Significant noncompliance means any Significant Industrial User who violates one (1) or more of the criteria of 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii)(a)-(h); or any Industrial User who violates one (1) or more of the criteria of 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii)(c), (d) or (h). (See Article XIII).
