Signing Fee definition

Signing Fee means the signing fee set out in Schedule 2.
Signing Fee shall have the meaning described in Section 8.1(b).

Signing Fee means the non-creditable, non-refundable, one-time access fee payable on the Effective Date of this Agreement by Licensee to KeyGene.
