Silverleaf Finance II Documents definition

Silverleaf Finance II Documents means the loan agreement, the developer transfer agreement, the demand notes and all other agreements or documents executed in connection with the TFC Conduit Loan, as each may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Silverleaf Finance II Documents means the SPV Loan Agreement, the Developer Transfer Agreement, the Demand Notes and all other agreements or documents executed in connection with the TFC Conduit Loan, as each may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
