Singapore Debenture definition

Singapore Debenture is that certain debenture dated November 29, 2010, by and between Singapore Borrower and Bank.
Singapore Debenture means the Singapore law governed debenture entered into between the Company and each Singapore Subsidiary in favor of the Collateral Agent (acting as agent for the Buyers).
Singapore Debenture is that certain debenture dated as of the First Loan Modification Effective Date granted by Singapore Borrower in favor of Bank, together with any additional debenture granted by any Singapore Borrower thereafter.
