Single Employer Defined Benefit Plan definition

Single Employer Defined Benefit Plan means an "employee pension benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA which is subject to Subtitle B of Title IV of ERISA and which is not a Multiemployer Plan.
