Single Family Residential Properties definition

Single Family Residential Properties means all individual residential dwelling units and complexes that are located on a single parcel and managed by an association or other organization.
Single Family Residential Properties means owner occupied single family detached, semi-detached, freehold townhomes and condominium properties.
