Single Market Operation Business definition

Single Market Operation Business means the activity of the Market Operator Licensee as provided for in the licence granted pursuant to Section 14 (1)(j) of the Act and the activity of the Northern Ireland Market Operator Licensee as provided for in the licence granted under Article 10 (1)(d) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992;
Single Market Operation Business means the Market Operation Activity and the activity of Northern Ireland Market Operator Licensee as provided for in the licence granted under Article 10(1)(d) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992;
Single Market Operation Business means the Market Operation Activity taken together with the activities of the Republic of Ireland Market Operator Licensee in its capacity as such.
