Single Private Room definition

Single Private Room means an air conditioned room in a Hospital where a single patient is accommodated and which has an attached toilet (lavatory and bath). Such room type shall be the most basic and the most economical of all accommodations available as a single occupancy room in that Hospital.

Examples of Single Private Room in a sentence

  • If the Policy Certificate states ‘Single Private Room’ as eligible Room Category, it means the maximum eligible Room Category in case of Hospitalization of the Insured Person payable by the Company is limited to stay in a Single Private Room.

  • In case such documented proof is not furnished, then the maximum eligible Room Category would be considered as Single Private Room only.

  • If this optional benefit is in force under the Policy, then the maximum eligibility for a room category in case of Hospitalization of the Insured Person payable by Us will be limited to stay in a Single Private Room.

  • Articles 1 through 9 inclusive of the TBT Agreement are incorporated into and made part of this Agreement mutatis mutandis.

  • If specifically mentioned in the Policy Certificate that the Room Category/ Room Rent eligibility is “Single Private Room (upgradable to next level)”, it means such up-gradation will trigger only if Single Private Room is not available in the Hospital at the time of admission and Company’s liability will arise only after accepting required documented proof for such Room unavailability.

  • If the Policy Certificate states ‘Single Private Room (upgradable to next level)’ as eligible Room Category, it means the maximum eligible Room Category in case of Hospitalization of the Insured Person payable by the Company is limited to stay in a Single Private Room or a Single Private Room of the immediate next category.

  • We will provide for an option to remove the Room Rent limit applicable on the Inpatient Hospitalisation and allow for coverage up to a Single Private Room.

  • By selecting this option, entitlement for the maximum room rent eligibility will be Single Private Room) 3.

  • Under the Protect, Plus & Accumulate Plans coverage is available up to a Single Private Room as defined in the Policy whereas with the Preferred and Premier Plan accommodation under any Room Category will be available excluding a suite.

  • Resident must get approval from housing office if he/she needs to stay additional days.)   • Semi-private Room means a single or two-bedded, or a room with maximum double occupancy and with a shared bath / shower room in a Hospital but excluding any room of upper class with its own kitchen, dining or sitting room(s).

  • Private Roads means Lateral Access Roads and the Company's access roads within a Railway Corridor;

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls,

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Water closet means a closet which has a separate fixed receptacle connected to a drainage system and separate provision for flushing from a supply of clean water either by the operation of mechanism or by automatic action;
