Examples of Site Committee in a sentence

  • All communications to the defaulting Hospital relating to the Event of Default shall be with the defaulting Hospital’s Site Committee.

  • A request by either Party to establish a Site Committee shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Any notices of default to be sent to the defaulting Hospital, in accordance with the Alliance Agreement, shall be delivered by the Alliance board (meeting without the defaulting Hospital’s Site Committee) to such Site Committee.

  • The Committee shall work to ensure a consistent approach to communication and application of the Health and Safety Institute’s programs and services, to benchmark and share best practices, to make recommendations back to the respective sites, and to review any matters referred to it by a Site Committee, the Governing Board, or the administrative staff.

  • The determination of a majority of the Site Committee members will be binding on the Alliance board, with the Site Committee being deemed an Executive Committee of the Hospital.

  • To support Site Committee efforts, Site Committee members will have access to a daily safety incident report by site.

  • Every effort will be made to fill Site Committee openings from both parties within thirty (30) days of the opening, any opening that goes beyond thirty (30) days shall be elevated to the IAM/Boeing Joint Programs Co-Directors for assistance.

Related to Site Committee

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;
