Site Specific Risk definition
Site Specific Risk means the risk of a potential adverse effect to public health or welfare or the environment resulting from exposure to a release of hazardous substances at the site based on its current and potential future use.

This requirement shall include providing a Record of Site Condition, Site Specific Risk Assessment or any such similar document and registering same with the appropriate approval authorities.
A proponent can undertake their own Site Specific Risk Assessment (SSRA) if they question the Risk Assessment completed in the approved AR.
