SIZE OF ADVERTISEMENT definition

SIZE OF ADVERTISEMENT. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Licensee will display the advertisement on a four by eight foot (4’ x 8’) billboard to be provided by the Licensee at Licensee’s own cost. The billboard is, and shall remain, the personal property of the Licensee during the term of this License Agreement.
SIZE OF ADVERTISEMENT. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Licensee agrees to utilize the designated sign company to purchase a vinyl wrap at Licensees own cost. Such vinyl wrap shall be affixed to a 4x8 PVC board provided by Licensor. Once erected at Xxxxxx Field, the advertisement is the personal property of the Licensor. LOCATION OF ADVERTISEMENT: The Licensee’s advertisement will be mounted and displayed with the advertising on the interior security fence surrounding the track and playing field of Xxxxxx Field.

"Targeted advertising" does not include any advertising to a student on an Internet web site based on the content of the web page or in response to a student's response or request for information or feedback.

  • Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;

  • Advertisements or “Advertising” means display of any advertisement material including pictures, printed material, electric / electronic media, smart posters, holographic images, visual display or any other innovative advertising media, etc which are not objectionable or prohibited under various statutes, codes, policies, etc as applicable from time to time.

  • Political advertising means a communication supporting or opposing a candidate for nomination or election to a public office or office of a political party, a political party, a public officer, or a measure that:

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Exhibition means the exhibition stated on the Application Form.

  • Magazines means magazines and other materials printed on similar paper.

  • Invitation to Bid (ITB) means a Solicitation Document for the solicitation of competitive, Written, signed and sealed Bids in which Specifications, price, and delivery (or project completion) are the predominant award criteria.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Dissemination means any transfer of information, whether orally, in writing, or by electronic
