Skilled nursing facility level of care definition

Skilled nursing facility level of care means that the following conditions are met:
Skilled nursing facility level of care means that level of care provided by a Skilled Nursing Facility meeting the standards for participation as a provider under the Medi-Cal program as set forth in 22 CCR § 51215.

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.
