Level of Care. 3.3.1 We seek to provide you with the support and accommodation required to meet your personal and specific needs. During your stay at the Home you will be provided with your accommodation, all meals, lighting, heating, hot and cold water, laundry, cleaning and personal care as agreed.
3.3.2 In the event of sickness your normal care will be continued as appropriate with or without the assistance of a qualified medical practitioner. You will be responsible for any extra costs of providing care where: • you need personal care and attention above the level set by the Registration Authority • you require exceptional monitoring or supervision • additional or specialist care may be required You will also be responsible for the costs of specialist equipment or treatment unless those costs are provided or funded by the NHS.
3.3.3 The level of care to be provided will be assessed by and will remain the responsibility of the Organisation and will be the result of care reviews entered into by agreement with you /or your Sponsor wherever possible. The Organisation will always endeavour to meet the care needs of each resident as long as doing so would not breach the terms of the Homes registration.
Level of Care. 15.1 Planet Payment shall provide services required to be provided hereunder in accordance with this Agreement, the Service Level Standards set forth on Schedule 2, prevailing industry best practices, the Account Security Program, and the Rules. Planet Payment represents and warrants that the services provided under this Agreement shall meet the business procedures documentation and specifications and the technical documentation and specifications for such services, which business procedures documentation and technical documentation and specifications shall not permit any significant degrading of the operation, functionality, performance or quality of such services.
15.2 Planet Payment will comply with all applicable Rules and without limitation shall ensure that its systems and processes are maintained and operated in accordance with the applicable Account Security Program. Planet Payment shall keep complete and accurate records of all Transactions processed by it, as may be required under applicable Rules or any laws and regulations.
Level of Care. Customers may choose from either Standard Care or Premium Care packages.
Level of Care. The Receiving Party will maintain the confidentiality of, and agrees to use the same care to prevent disclosure of, the Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information as it employs to avoid disclosure, publication or dissemination of its own information of a similar nature, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care. The Receiving Party further agrees to use the Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information only in connection with and in furtherance of the business transactions contemplated by this Agreement; provided, however, that any Customer Confidential Information retained in the individual or collective memories of Supplier employees who have had access to said Confidential Information pursuant to this Agreement may freely use such residual information subject to the obligation of nondisclosure as to the source of such residual information. The Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information to its employees, directors, officers, affiliates, agents, subcontractors, attorneys, accountants or technical advisors, who have a need to have access to the Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information in carrying out the business transactions contemplated by this Agreement (“Authorized Representatives”). The Receiving Party will inform its Authorized Representatives of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information and the applicability of this Agreement thereto and will obligate and direct its Authorized Representatives to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and Personally Identifiable Information, and otherwise to observe the terms of this Section 14.
Level of Care. XXXXX shall make every effort to determine if the XXXXX clients referred for admission at the Butte County PHF can be serviced at a level of care below that of inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. XXXXX shall make all efforts to coordinate with the BUTTE Hospitalization Team and PHF as applicable to the beneficiary’s placement.

Customers may choose from either Standard Care or Premium Care packages. ● Standard Care (9x5): If a Customer has selected Standard Care, support assistance is available during Business Hours. Response Time Objectives for calls submitted outside the coverage window will apply to the next Business Day.
Level of Care. All reimbursement under this Compensation Schedule shall correspond to the level of care authorized by Cenpatico.
