Sky Vessel definition

Sky Vessel means [*] presently owned by and registered in the name of Norwegian Sky, Ltd. of Bermuda (an Affiliate of the Parent) under the laws and flag of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, which was purchased by Norwegian Sky, Ltd. on the terms set forth in the fully executed memorandum of agreement related to the sale of such vessel, dated on or around May 30, 2012 (as amended from time to time with the consent of the Lenders as required pursuant to Section 10.11).
