SLA Category definition

SLA Category means the category, as set out in the Order, which, in accordance with the table set out at Paragraph 19.2.1, specifies the following in relation to the Service, Site or Circuit:

  • Type of Connectivity Fault Rectification (SLA) Category Spur Connectivity (EBH) The SLAs shall be effective immediately after commissioning along with the test reports, OTDR Report and other necessary tests and will be calculated per location on the basis of the SLA Parameter defined above.

Related to SLA Category
