overall length means the distance between the two vertical planes perpendicular to the median longitudinal plane of the vehicle and touching its front and rear outer edge, disregarding the projection:
Stage Length The stage length is defined as the sum of the distances for the climbout maneuver, climb, cruise, and descent.
Length (L) means 96 per cent of the total length on a waterline at 85 per cent of the least moulded depth measured from the top of the keel, or the length from the foreside of the stem to the axis of the rudder stock on that waterline, if that be greater. In ships designed with a rake of keel the waterline on which this length is measured shall be parallel to the designed waterline. The length (L) shall be measured in metres.
Accumulation Period Length means 12 months; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Period Length shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Period Length” in the Indenture Supplement.
Arm’s Length Transaction means a transaction between two related parties that is conducted as if they were unrelated, so that there is no conflict of interest.
Arm’s Length has the meaning ascribed to such term for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada);

Controlled Accumulation Period Length has the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(c).

Cubic Metre means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic metre when such gas is at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, and at a pressure of 101.325 kilopascals absolute;
Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,
Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:
Diameter means the diameter of the stem of a tree measured outside the bark at a specified point of measurement.
Interpolated Benchmark with respect to the Benchmark means the rate determined for the Corresponding Tenor by interpolating on a linear basis between: (1) the Benchmark for the longest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is shorter than the Corresponding Tenor and (2) the Benchmark for the shortest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is longer than the Corresponding Tenor.
Compounded Daily SONIA means with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment during the Observation Period corresponding to such Interest Accrual Period (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:
Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.
Roll-Up Transaction means a transaction involving the acquisition, merger, conversion or consolidation either directly or indirectly of the Company and the issuance of securities of a Roll-Up Entity to the Shareholders. Such term does not include:
Sub-meter means a metering point for electricity consumption that does not include all electricity consumption for the end-use customer as defined by the electric distribution company account number. PJM shall only accept sub-meter load data from end-use customers for measurement and verification of Regulation service as set forth in the Economic Load Response rules and PJM Manuals.
Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to LIBOR for any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:
Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:
Export Transactions Net Activity means the aggregate net total, resulting from Export Transactions, of (i) Spot Market Energy charges, (ii) Transmission Congestion Charges, and (iii) Transmission Loss Charges, calculated as set forth in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix. Export Transactions Net Activity may be positive or negative. Extended Primary Reserve Requirement:
Linear Interpolation means the straight-line interpolation by reference to two rates based on the Reference Rate or the ISDA Rate, as the case may be, one of which will be determined as if the Specified Duration were the period of time for which rates are available next shorter than the length of the affected Interest Period and the other of which will be determined as if the Specified Duration or the Designated Maturity, as the case may be, were the period of time for which rates are available next longer than the length of such Interest Period.
Affiliate Transaction has the meaning provided in Section 4.11.
Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;
Transaction Value means the actual contract value (the bid sum or price) in South African currency, inclusive of all applicable taxes in respect of the goods, services or construction works that are contracted for.
Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one (1) share of Parent Common Stock as reported on NYSE for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately preceding the Acceptance Time (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).
