Small Claim means a claim allocated to the small claims procedure; ‘the small claims limit’ is —
Small Claim means an individual General Warranty Claim (or series of General Warranty Claims with respect to the same or substantially the same facts or circumstances) in relation to which the liability of the Seller does not exceed US$40,000.

More Definitions of Small Claim

Small Claim means a Claim arising prior to the Petition Date against any of the Debtors that is not a Secured Claim and that is in an amount greater than $100 but no more than $3,000.
