Claims Procedure definition

Claims Procedure means the procedure established for determining the amount and status of Claims, D&O Claims and D&O Indemnity Claims, including in each case any such claims that are Unresolved Claims, pursuant to the Claims Procedure Order.

Claims Procedure means the call for Claims and D&O Claims to be administered by the Monitor, in consultation with the CCAA Parties or D&O Counsel as applicable, pursuant to the terms of this Claims Procedure Order;

Examples of Claims Procedure in a sentence

• In cases where neither the claim nor any counterclaim exceeds the sum of US$50,000 (or such other sum as the parties may agree) the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the LMAA Small Claims Procedure current at the time when the arbitration proceedings are commenced.

• In cases where neither the claim nor any counterclaim exceeds the sum of US$100,000 the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the LMAA Small Claims Procedure current at the time when the arbitration proceedings are commenced.

Claims Procedure means the procedures outlined in this Claims Procedure Order, including the Schedules hereto;
