Small community means a municipality or unincorporated community with a total population of 10,000 or less as of the most recent decennial census.

More Definitions of Small community

Small community means a municipality with a population of 5,000 or less, or highly dispersed sections of large municipalities. The regulations adopted pursuant to CGS Section 22a-482 require that a reserve of funds sufficient to finance the construction of at least one small community project per year be established.
