Smelting Company definition

Smelting Company means a company nominated by the Buyer that smelts gold into bars in a weight determined by the Buyer;
Smelting Company shall bear the meaning set out in Clause 3.5 (c);
Smelting Company has the meaning given to that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Smelting Company in a sentence

  • The Security Company shall deliver the Gold bars to the Buyer’s Refinery or Smelting Company or Assayer in the presence of the Seller (or their authorized representatives in this agreement), in case they are present, as per Clause 7.

Related to Smelting Company

  • Refining means removing or separating a desirable product from raw or contaminated materials by distillation or physical, mechanical, or chemical processes.

  • Basin means a groundwater basin or subbasin identified and defined in Bulletin 118 or as modified pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 10722).

  • Combined Company means Holdco and its consolidated subsidiaries after giving effect to the Business Combination.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
