Smiles Points definition

Smiles Points means the reward points under the Smiles Membership that are earned by Cardholders based on Qualifying Transactions and can be redeemed for payment for Etisalat services, discounts, offers and other benefits through the Smiles mobile application.

  • CBD Smiles Credit Card Program (“Card Program”) allows eligible Cardholders to earn and accumulate Smiles Points on Qualifying Transactions which have been posted on their CBD Credit Cards as on the Posting Date during the Calendar Month and shall also entitle the Cardholders to specified Card benefits as defined on xxx.xxx.xx.

  • Smiles Points will be credited by Etisalat, to the Cardholder’s Smiles Account within sixty (60) business days from the Card Statement date subject to meeting the Qualifying Expenditure.

  • ADIB Smiles Gold Card is: - 6 Smiles Points for every AED 5 of Qualifying Expenditure - 8 Smiles points for every AED 5 (Equivalent) of qualifying expenditure outside UAE that is non – AED currency - 16 Smiles points for every AED 5 of qualifying expenditure on Smiles APP - 1 Smiles Points for every AED 5 of Qualifying Expenditure within UAE or Outside UAE on Specific Merchants.

  • Subject to Condition 20.2.4, each Cardholder will be eligible for sign-up Smiles Points on one-time basis only.

  • Smiles Points earned on Qualifying Expenditure shall be limited to the Card Limit of the Card.

  • ADIB Smiles Visa Signature Card is - 10 Smiles Points for every AED 5 of Qualifying Expenditure within UAE - 15 Smiles points for every AED 5 (Equivalent) of qualifying expenditure outside UAE that is in non – AED currency - 30 Smiles points for every AED 5 of qualifying expenditure on Smiles APP - 1 Smiles Points for every AED 5 of Qualifying Expenditure within UAE or Outside UAE on Specific Merchants.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin.   • Flash point means the lowest temperature of a liquid at which its vapours form a flammable mixture with air;

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • MSCF means one thousand standard cubic feet.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Points refers to Citi ThankYou Points or ThankYou Points earned on your Citi Corporate Card;

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Injection Point means the Electric Interconnection Point.

  • Service Point the place at which the Services are to be performed.

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
