SMMC Elected Common Stock definition

SMMC Elected Common Stock means South Mountain Class A Common Stock; provided, that “SMMC Elected Common Stock” means South Mountain Class C Common Stock with respect to one Billtrust stockholder that has elected to receive South Mountain Class C Common Stock.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • Company Stock Option means each option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • Pubco Common Stock means all classes and series of common stock of Pubco, including the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock.

  • Company Stock Options means issued and outstanding options to acquire Company Common Stock which were granted under the Company Stock Option Plans.

  • Parent Stock Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
