Social Media Network definition

Social Media Network means social media providers such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other providers or websites that solicit content from users, make such content available for resyndication or publication via their application programming interface (“API”), and are used by Customer through the Subscription Services. Xxxxxx does not control the operability or features of the Social Media Networks and/or the content posted by third parties to a Social Media Network (“Social Media Content”).
