Social Security Fund definition

Social Security Fund means any entity which satisfies the following conditions:

Social Security Fund means Jammu and Kashmir Social Security Fund established under Social Security Code, 2020 ;

Social Security Fund means health and social care fund, family assistance fund, invalidity benefit, superannuation benefit and survivors’ benefit fund, unemployment benefit fund, Social Security Housing Plan fund for the insured in order that they may have peacefulness in mind and not to have worry in the future, and other social security fund specified by the Ministry of Labour in co-ordination with the Social Security Board with the approval of the Union Government.၂(ခ) အလုပ်ရှင် ဆိုသည်မှာ အလုပ်သမားအား လုပ်ခေပးရန် တာ၀န် ရှိသူ၊ အလုပ်ခန် ထားမ သေဘာတူညီချက်ြဖင့် အလုပ်သမား အား ခန် ထားသူ၊ အလုပ်ရှင်၏ကိုယ်စား စီမံအုပ်ချyပ်သူ တို ကို ဆိုသည်။ ယင်းစကားရပ်တွင် ဤဥပေဒ၌ အြခားနည်းြဖင့် သီးြခားြပ;ာန်းထားြခင်း မရှိလjင် ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ကိုင်သူ သို မဟုတ် အကျိyးတူဖက်စပ်လုပ်ငန်း လုပ်ကိုင်သူ&ှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်ေသဆုံးသည့်အခါ ယင်း၏အေမွဆက်ခံသူ၊ လုပ်ငန်း ဆက်ခံသူသို မဟုတ် တရားဝင်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်တို လည်း ပါဝင်သည်။(ဂ) အာမခံထားသူ ဆိုသည်မှာ ဤဥပေဒ&ှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ေသာ လုပ်ငန်းဌာန တစ်ခုခုတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိ(ပီး၊ လူမ ဖူလုံေရး စနစ်&ှင့် အလုပ်တွင်ထိခိုက်မ အကျိyးခံစားခွင့် အာမခံစနစ်တို တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်(ပီး အာမခံထားရှိေသာ အလုပ်သမားကို ေသာ် လည်းေကာင်း၊ အာမခံထားရန် တာဝန်ရှိေသာ အလုပ်သမား ကို ေသာ်လည်းေကာင်း၊ ဤဥပေဒ&ှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ေသာ လုပ်ငန်း ဌာနတစ်ခုခုတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ြခင်း မရှိေစကာမူ လူမ ဖူလုံေရးစနစ် &ှင့် အလုပ်တွင်ထိခိုက်မ အကျိyးခံစားခွင့် အာမခံစနစ်တို တွင် မိမိတို ဆ&¸အေလျာက် အာမခံထားရှိသူကို ေသာ်လည်းေကာင်း ဆိုသည်။(ဃ) လုပ်ငန်းဌာန ဆိုသည်မှာ ပုဒ်မ ၁၁၊ ပုဒ်မခွဲ(က) ပါ အလုပ်Дုံ &ှင့် အဖွဲ6အစည်းများကို ဆိုသည်။ ယင်းစကားရပ်တွင် အဆိုပါ လုပ်ငန်းဌာန၏ အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ကိုင်ေသာ အလုပ်ေနရာ တစ်ခု ခုလည်း ပါ၀င်သည်။(င) လူမ ဖူလုံေရး ရန်ပုံေငွ ဆိုသည်မှာ အာမခံထားသူများအတွက်ေနာင်ေရးစိတ်ေအး(ပီး ပူပင်ေသာကမရှိေစရန် စီမံထားရှိေသာကျန်းမာေရး&ှင့် လူမ ေရး ေစာင့်ေရှာက်မ ရန်ပုံေငွ၊ မိသားစုေထာက်ပံ့မ ရန်ပုံေငွ၊ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်&ိုင်စွမ်းမရှိမ အကျိိyး ခံစားခွင့်၊ သက်ြပည့်အ(ငိမ်းစား အကျိyးခံစားခွင့်&ှင့် ကျန်ရစ်သူ အကျိyးခံစားခွင့် ရန်ပုံေငွ၊ အလုပ်လက်မဲ့ြဖစ်မ အတွက် အကျိyး ခံစားခွင့်ရန်ပုံေငွ၊ လူမ ဖူလုံေရး အိမ်ရာစီမံကိန်း ရန်ပုံေငွတို ကို လည်းေကာင်း၊ အလုပ်သမား၀န်(ကီးဌာနက လူမ ဖူလုံေရးအဖွဲ6&ှင့် ည¸ိ&ိ င်း၍ ြပညေထာင်် စုအစိုးရအဖွဲ6၏ အတညြပyချကြဖင့်််သတ်မှတ်ေသာ အြခားလူမ ဖူလုံေရး ရန်ပုံေငွတို ကို လည်းေကာင်း ဆိုသည်။
