Social Security Funds definition

Social Security Funds means the National Social Security Institute and the national social security funds, the National Health Insurance Fund and all other legal persons and funds within the sub-sector of social security funds according to the requirements set out in the European system of national and regional accounts in the Community.
Social Security Funds means all employee social welfare and benefit funds, including housing accumulation funds, required to be contributed by the PRC Subsidiaries under applicable PRC Laws.
Social Security Funds means, collectively, pension insurance fund, medical insurance fund, unemployment insurance fund, work-related injury insurance fund and maternity insurance fund.

  • The PRC Subsidiaries shall, and each of the Warrantors shall cause each employee to, carry out, perform, and complete all actions and steps with respect to the contributions to the Social Security Funds in compliance with the PRC Laws.
