The PRC Subsidiaries shall, and each of the Warrantors shall cause each employee to, carry out, perform, and complete all actions and steps with respect to the contributions to the Social Security Funds in compliance with the PRC Laws.
The Warrantors agree that they shall jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless the Group Companies and the Investor against any losses, claims, damages, or Liabilities to which they may become exposed under the PRC Laws, insofar as such losses, claims, damages, or Liabilities (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based upon any breach or violation of the PRC Laws with respect to the contribution of the Social Security Funds.
