Social Work Staff definition

Social Work Staff means at least one social worker or other professional person trained in the behavioral sciences who provides, either through employment or alternative means, those services specified in this chapter.

(A) Such alternative means shall include services provided by the social work staff of placement agencies only when such services are within the scope of the duties assigned to the worker by their agency.
