SOFR Compounded Index Value definition

SOFR Compounded Index Value means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day, the value of the SOFR Compounded Index as published by the SOFR Administrator on the SOFR Administrator’s Website at 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such U.S. Government Securities Business Day;

Related to SOFR Compounded Index Value

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date falling “p” London Business Days prior to (i) in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (ii) if the Notes become due and payable prior to the end of an Interest Accrual Period, the date on which the Notes become so due and payable; and

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Initial Index Level means the closing level of the FTSE 100 on the Start Date.

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • Index Start Value means 1,000 index points and represents the Index Closing Value on Index Calculation Day T=0 for the purposes of calculating the index in accordance with C).

  • Final Index Price means the average of the Index Prices for the 20 consecutive full trading days ending on the trading day prior to the Determination Date.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • CPI Index is defined in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.

  • Initial Index Price means the sum of each per share closing price of the common stock of each company comprising the Index Group multiplied by the applicable weighting, as such prices are reported on the consolidated transactions reporting system for the market or exchange on which such common stock is principally traded, on the trading day immediately preceding the public announcement of the Agreement.

  • Net Yield means, with respect to any Monthly Period, Portfolio Yield with respect to such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Dividend Determination Date, as applicable, (i) an interest rate (expressed as a decimal) determined to be the per annum rate equal to the weekly average yield to maturity for U.S. Treasury securities with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets or (ii) if there is no such published U.S. Treasury security with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets, then the rate will be determined by interpolation between the most recent weekly average yield to maturity for two series of U.S. Treasury securities trading in the public securities market, (A) one maturing as close as possible to, but earlier than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, and (B) the other maturity as close as possible to, but later than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, in each case as published in the most recent H.15. If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.
