Software Partner definition

Software Partner means a Partner who has entered into the Software Partner Agreement with ANYBILL;
Software Partner means any third party providing an Approved Third-Party Application.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing XXXX-based Licensing section above, for any Third Party Software, Partner shall comply with the applicable license terms and requirements of the applicable third party licensor.

  • For each customer of Publisher that purchases the Software, Publisher will remit the amounts due Software Owner pursuant to the terms set forth in Exhibit A ("Software Partner Program"), less any taxes Publisher withholds, within one (1) month after the close of any month in which Publisher receives full payment from that customer.

Related to Software Partner

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
