Soil Conservation Program definition

Soil Conservation Program means a plan containing a process or processes to anticipate and prevent accelerated and unnatural erosion, and restore lands damaged by erosion to the extent possible. The Soil Conservation Program complies with the “Soil Conservation Guidelines/Standards for Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Management (11/14/91)” until that document is replaced by the 2006 soil conservation standards.
